V enem prehodu odreže polena do 25 cm, sprejme veje do premera 10 cm, avtomatski pomik pa poskrbi, da delo poteka hitro in brez napora. Poganja ga traktor preko kardana, kardanska gred je priložena, zato je stroj pripravljen na delo takoj po priklopu. Zaradi majhne zahtevane moči (od 20 KM naprej) se odlično ujema tudi z manjšimi traktorji.
