221TCE tree shear is equipped with wireless electrical control.
Wireless electrical control makes possible to use tilt unit with electic button.
Most of our customers choose E- model because of its exact functions.
The 221TCE multifunction tree shear is equipped collector / accumulation unit and it makes smaller trees harvesting about twice efficiency. Even this model is equipped collector it can delimb, cut and load easily, thanks to its agile and versatile movements. Its cutting force is 1,7 times higher, thanks for the pressure booster. This 221TCE model is like made for harvesting energy wood, clean up field sides and roadside areas and different kind of environment works. Even bigger area is cleared quickly.
Smaller trees is possible take so many than cutting capacity gives up. Just cut first one and open and after that take next one and next one etc. After the cutting capacity is full, just put the whole bush to the loading area or fall down direct to the trailer.
Even this 221TCE model is equipped with collector delimbing is possible anyhow. Before cutting, a standing tree can be delimbed by lifting with crane. Delimbing blades cut branches off. After delimbing jaws take tight hold of the trunk and the hydraulic cutting blades cut the tree neatly and efficiently. After cutting top of the tree stay still vertical position if wanted and it is easy move to the loading area or fell tree direct to the trailer.

TCE- mallit on varusteltu tiltin langattomalla sähkö-ohjauksella, joka tekee kouran käyttämisestä erinomaisen täsmällistä. Tiltin avulla puun rangat on mahdollista nostaa kuormatessa myös pystyasentoon, jolloin rankojen tuominen säästettävien puiden välistä on helpompaa ja tehokkaampaa.
Suurin osa asiakkaistamme valitsee TCE mallin sen ominaisuuksiensa johdosta.
Keräilyn lisäksi puiden karsiminen, katkaiseminen sekä kuormaaminen onnistuu vaivattomasti. 221TCE energiakouran ketterien, tehokkaiden ja monipuolisten liikkeiden ansiosta. Joukkokäsittelyllä voit kerätä useita pienempiä puita tai latvoja nipuksi mikä vähentää turhia nosturin liikeitä. Joukkokäsittely lisää työtehoa pienpuu / energiapuukohteilla jopa yli puolella jolloin tekeminen tehostuu enisestään ja on vaivatonta suuremmaltakin alueelta. Halutessaan karsittuja runkoja voi lajitella kuitu tai polttopuurangaksi ja puut on tehokasta ajaa samalla kouralla eri kuormissa kasoille sekä haketettavaksi.
Ennen katkaisua pystyssä oleva puu voidaan myös karsia kuljettamalla kouraa puun rungon mukaisesti, jolloin kourassa olevat karsinterät leikkaavat oksat pois keräilijän ollessa kiinni. Tämän jälkeen kouran tukevat leuat ottavat tiukan otteen puun latvaosasta ja hydraulisesti toimivat leikkuuterät katkaisevat puun siististi ja tehokkaasti. Mikäli tässä vaiheessa ei käännetä kouraa kuormausasentoon voidaan jatkaa keräilyä niin monta kertaa kuin katkaisukapasitetti riittää. Kourassa kiinni olevat puut on helppo kuljettaa ahtaastakin paikasta pystyssä ajouran varteen kasoille tai kaataa puut kuormatilan päällä suoraan kuormaan.
Haketavaraa koko puuna kaadettaessa kouralla on tehokasta myös katkoa kaadettuja puita vaaka-asennossa kuormauspituuteen jopa useampia kerrallaan ja nostella niput kyytiin.
Sopivia käyttökohteita ovat esimerkiksi harvennukset, pellonreunojen ja tienvarsien kasvustot, joiden raivaaminen onnistuu nopeasti ja tehokkaasti suuremmaltakin alueelta.
221TCE:n yleisimpiä alustakoneita ovat: Keskikokoiset metsä- ja ajokoneet sekä traktorikaluston yli 6,5 metriset metsänosturit kärryn aisalla tai traktoriin kiinnitettyinä
