This model is ideal for installation on the smallest forest loaders (reach less than 6.5 meters), where the machine can be for example a small forestry machine or a tractor.
Automatic collector / multi tree handling. Operates with two collection jaws that firmly grip the collected trees, making the collection precise. The collector jaws move automatically thanks to the internal hydraulic control of the tree shear. User does not need to make separate control movements to perform the collection functions.
Strong and fast guillotine with two knife blades cuts a maximum of 20 cm
The opening of the grapple is 82 cm and its geometry is excellent for loading. The guillotine blades are always automatically protected in their housing during loading, so loading is as easy as with a normal wood grapple.
201TCE is equipped with a wireless controlled electric tilt. This ensures that the tree shear never tilts accidentally while the tree is still being cut. When loading trees, a significant advantage of the electric tilt is that the grapple can also be turned from a horizontal position to a vertical position. Moving wood materials vertically requires less working space and speeds up the work significantly.
The 201TCE is equipped with a delimb blades, allowing the tree delimb using the lifting motion of the crane.
The 201TCE is easy to install. The tree shear is attached to the rotator of the forest crane and 2pcs hydraulic hoses are connected just like installing a normal timber grapple. Tree shear already has a wireless receiver for the tilt function pre-installed at the factory. Only the wireless transmitter/micro switch is brought into the machine cabin and the micro switch controls the tilt function. It is noteworthy that electrical cables no need to the crane boom..
The movements of the tree shear are only driven by the hydraulics to close and open, just like when using a normal wood grapple. The internal hydraulic control of the tree shear automatically carries out the movements in the correct order.

Automaattisesti toimiva keräily / joukkokäsittely, toimii kahdella keruukäpälällä, jotka puristavat tiukasti kerättyjä puita otteessaan tehden keräilystä täsmällistä. Keräilijän käpälät liikkuvat automaattisesti kouran sisäisen hydrauliikan ohjauksen ansiosta. Käyttäjän ei siis tarvitse tehdä erikseen ohjausliikkeitä keräilyn toimintojen suorittamiseksi.
Vahva ja nopea, kahdella veitsiterällä toimiva giljotiini katkaisee pienimmänkin risun aina siististi ja juurien nyhtämistä ei tapahdu. Giljotiinin katkaisukyky on maksimissaan 20 cm halkaisijaltaan.
Energiapuu voidaan lastata kasoille tai kuormaan samalla energiakouralla hyvän kuormauskapasiteetin ansiosta. Kouran avauma on 82 cm ja sen geometria on erinomainen kuormaamiseen. Giljotiinin terät ovat aina automaattisesti suojassa kotelossaan kuormauksen aikana, joten kuormaaminen onnistuu yhtä hyvin kuin normaalilla puukouralla
201TCE on varustettu langattomasti toimivalla sähköohjatulla tiltillä, joka tuo useita hyötyjä. Puita kaadettaessa tilttaaminen on täsmällistä, kun koura kaataa vain silloin kun mikrokytkintä painetaan. Järjestelmän hydraulipaineen nouseminen ei vaikuta tiltin toimintaan esimerkiksi siinä tapauksessa, kun puuta katkaistaan giljotiinilla. Tämä varmistaa sen, että koura ei lähde koskaan vahingossa tilttaamaan samaan aikaan kun puuta vielä katkaistaan.
Puunippuja kuormatessa sähkötiltin merkittävänä etuna on se, että puunippua voidaan kääntää kouralla myös vaaka-asennosta pystyasentoon. Tällöin puunippuja on helpompi liikutella säästettävien puiden välistä ja latvat saa helpommin kasan päälle. Puuainesten siirtäminen pystyssä vaatii vähemmän työskentelytilaa ja työn tekeminen nopeutuu merkittävästi.
Edellä mainittujen toimintojen lisäksi 201TCE on varustettu karsimaterillä, jolloin puun tyviranka voidaan karsia nosturin nostoliikkeen avulla.
201TCE on nopea ottaa käyttöön. Koura kiinnitetään metsäkuormaimen rotaattoriin ja kytketään kouran kiinni/auki hydrauliletkut, aivan kuin normaalin puukouran asentaisi. Kourassa on jo tehtaalla valmiiksi asennettuna langaton vastaanotin tiltin toiminnolle. Alustakoneen hyttiin viedään vain langaton lähetin/mikrokytkin ja mikrokytkimellä ohjataan tiltin toimintoa. Huomattavaa on että sähköjohtoja ei tarvitse vetää lainkaan kouralle puomia pitkin.
Energiakouran liikkeitä ajetaan vain kouran kiinni ja auki hydrauliikalla, niin kuin normaalia puukouraa käytettäessä. Energiakouran sisäinen hydrauliikan ohjaus toteuttaa liikkeet automaattisesti oikeassa järjestyksessä. Farmikko eroaa useimmista energiakourien valmistajista siinä, että energiakouran liikkeitä toteutetaan pääosin sylinterien asemantunnistavilla venttileillä, jolloin laitteen venttiilejä ei tarvitse säätää. Sylinterien asemantunnistava ohjaus varmistaa, että liikkeet tapahtuvat aina yksi kerrallaan ja toiminta on täsmällistä.
